I am very sad to report the passing of Paddy Johnston of Wolford Wood. Paddy died in Moreton Hospital on May 29th.
Paddy will be greatly missed, not only by his family, but also by the many friends he made in the course of his business and at the Fox and Hounds who will remember him as a warm, generous and genial man who cherished his family, enjoyed socialising and loved life in the countryside.
The funeral will be held at St. Michael’s church in Wolford at 3pm on June 20th 2015. Paddy’s wife Petra invites his friends to the funeral and the reception afterwards (I’ll publish further details here when finalised).
I’m sure everyone will join me in offering our condolences and support to Petra and her young family at this, the most difficult of times.
